The Nisshinbo Micro Devices DC/DC Converter has an over current protection circuit which supervises the inductor peak current in each switching cycle, and turns the high side driver off if the current exceeds the Lx current limit. It also contains a thermal shutdown circuit which detects overheating of the converter and stops the converter operation to protect it from damage if the junction temperature exceeds the specified temperature.

Comes with synchronous rectifier

Consists of an oscillator and a reference voltage unit

Consist of an error amplifier and a switching control circuit

Provides a soft start circuit and an under voltage lockout circuit

Provides an over current protectio
