    If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receiving your products, we are more than happy to arrange the return of your products in line with our terms and conditions

    How do I return a product?

    You can request a return online through 'My Account' via your order history.

    You must be registered to access 'My Account'. If you have not registered to access My Account, please contact our customer services team on +603 5021 5888.

    Quick Steps

    Step 1: Log in - Click My Account from the top navigation bar

    Step 2: Click View All Orders

    Step 3: Select relevant order and click Return

    Step 4: Select the relevant product for return, enter quantity, and reason for return, Click Return These Products

    Step 5: You will be directed to your returns reference number, and receive an email from Customer Service with next steps

    When requesting a return, please take into account the following:

    • It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, clearly labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).
    • Please make sure the items are replaced in their original packaging, unused and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale.

    • 20% restocking fee for goods change of mind
    • RS does not accept the return of certain items.

    Products that can't be returned

    RS does not accept the return of certain items:

    • Software
    • Calibrated products
    • Production packaging products
    • Extended range products
    • Specially manufactured products
    • Batteries
    • Hazardous materials

    In addition, RS will not accept returned ESD sensitive devices where the integrity of the original RS ESD shielding packaging has been compromised e.g. the bag has been opened and resealed or multiple bags have been stapled together.
