This connector and cable assembly provides a robust 8-contact link between sensors and actuators for industrial automation. It features straight M12 connectors at each end with gender-specific terminations to connect A-coded devices across a 15 m polyurethane-sheathed lead. The connectors use screw locking with a zinc die-cast nickel-plated nut tightened to 0.6 N·m and a 13mm width across flats for mechanical retention.

The cable tolerates traversing speeds up to 3 m/s, travelling distances up to 10 m, and accelerations up to 10 m/s² to suit dynamic installations.

The lead is unshielded and contains eight individual conductors with a 0.25mm² cross-section

The jacket meets flame tests such as UL 1581 horisontal and CSA FT2 and complies with IEC 60332-1 and IEC 60332-2-2 standards for limited flame propagation.

It holds UL authorisation under file E335179, an ambient head temperature range up to +85 °C, and contamination rating 3 for industrial conditions.
