It provides a highly visible barrier that keeps people from entering unsafe areas or encourages them to form structured queues.

The barrier is black with a yellow-striped tape reel that will catch people's eye and alert them to the barrier. When not in use, the tape retracts neatly into the barrier, making it easy to store. The braking mechanism inside the barrier prevents the tape from snapping back unexpectedly.

To keep the barrier safely in place, it has a weighted base to prevent it from wobbling or being accidentally knocked over. The stanchion is compatible with the RS PRO wall mount.
