RS PRO 3 Core Screened Industrial Cable, 2.5 mm² (BASEC) Black 100 m Reel
When you need a resilient three-core cable for industrial work, RS PRO's screened cable fits the job. It's designed for use in industrial applications and can be installed in the air, embedded in concrete or in ducting underground – all with minimal risk of being damaged and without loss of performance.
Protecting the outside is a durable PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sheath that helps prevents heat, chemical and mechanical damage to the wiring within. The three cores are also insulated with PVC and colour-coded for ease of use. To reduce the risk of any electromagnetic interference, the cable has a galvanised steel braid screen. This also helps protect your cable against rust or corrosion.
This cable meets the standards set by BASEC (the British Approvals Service for Cables). Their thorough testing process means you can be confident you're working with reliable and high-quality cables.
