The STMicroelectronics Reference design for driving low voltage and high current servo motors is centered around the STSPIN32G4, a system in package that integrates a triple high performance half bridge gate driver, a mixed signal STM32G431 microcontroller, and advanced power management in a compact 9x9 mm VFQFPN package. It is designed to drive 3 phase brushless motors delivering up to 2 kW with a heatsink or 3 kW with an external fan for cooling.
