The Infineon Varactor Diode is a silicon variable capacitance diode. It has monolithic chip for perfect dual diode tracking. This varactor diode is used for FM radio tuner with extended frequency band 77 MHz to 108 MHz. This varactor diode is designed for application requiring back to back diode configuration for optimum signal distortion and detuning.
