SMC for use with ZK2 Series Vacuum Ejectors Vacuum Generator

This Compact vacuum generator is a self-contained ejector unit designed for integration within automated handling and vacuum pick-and-place systems. It operates from a low-voltage DC supply and incorporates a two-stage ejector with integrated valves and a pressure sensing/switch option to manage vacuum generation and control in industrial pneumatic installations.

It runs from a 12 to 24V DC supply with protection against reverse connection and a ripple tolerance of 10% p-p.

Two switch outputs are provided: a general-purpose output and a valve-control output, both using PNP open-collector configuration with 80 mA max load.

The device operates between 5 °C and 50 °C and is rated to withstand vibration of 20 m/s² and impact of 100 m/s².

The digital display offers 3.5 digits with 0.1 kPa increments and display accuracy of 2% F.S.
