RS PRO ANSI Mineral Insulated Type K Thermocouple with 0.5 x 500mm Probe
A durable and accurate type K thermocouple with a single element insulated hot junction reducing electrical interference and a 0.5 x 500mm probe designed to be bent or formed to suit a wide range of applications. The type K thermocouple features flexible mineral insulation providing excellent response times with an M8 x 1.00 mm fine pitch threaded pot seal and 100mm PFA insulated twin twisted tails.
The type K thermocouple probe is constructed from Stainless Steel for its excellent strength and corrosion resistance and features ANSI colour coded tails for quick identification helping prevent cross connection for a hardwearing thermocouple suitable for temperatures of -40°C to 750°C.
The Stainless Steel ANSI thermocouple is suited to a wide variety of applications and is commonly used in heat exchangers, power stations, brick and cement kilns, heat treatment and annealing furnaces, thermostats, food thermometers, vehicle diagnostics and in laboratories.
