Honeywell HSC Series Piezoresistive Pressure Sensor, ±0.25% Accuracy, 0.6kPa Maximum Operating Pressure - HSCMRRD006MG2A3

This piezoresistive pressure sensor provides a calibrated, compensated output for measuring absolute, gage or differential pressures in board-mounted systems. It is designed for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases and offers ratiometric analogue or digital outputs while operating from a single 3.3V to 5V supply. The device is suited to Compact electronic assemblies where low power and high measurement fidelity across a standard temperature range are required.

An on-board ASIC provides calibration and temperature compensation for offset, sensitivity and non-linearity within the compensated range.

It is intended for non-corrosive, non-ionic gases, liquid-media options exist for ranges ≥40mbar applied to Port1 only.

How fast is the device output for analogue and digital interfaces?

Calibrated output updates near 1kHz for analogue and approximately 2kHz for digital.

What environmental operating limits apply?

The operating temperature range extends from -20°C to 85°C and storage is rated to -40°C to 85°C.
