Fluke 700G Series Pressure Gauge, 114mm Dial Size, 200 Bar Maximum Pressure Measurement - Fluke-700G29

This pressure gauge is a precision instrument for measuring pressures from vacuum to high pressure in industrial settings. It provides a digital readout and rugged construction suitable for field and workshop use, with a 114mm dial and connections compatible with 1/4 in NPT male fittings. The unit is supplied calibrated and housed in aluminium and cast zinc to withstand typical service environments.

Features & Benefits

• Accuracy ±0.05% of full scale for precise readings
• Range from −0.97 to 200 bar for broad measurement coverage
• G 1/4 connection location for straightforward installation
• 1/4 in NPT male pressure connection for common fittings
• CSA approval for use in hazardous-area classifications
• Digital display with 5½ digits and 20-segment bar graph

**Applications**

• Suitable for calibration benches requiring high-accuracy pressure measurement
• Ideal for hydraulic system testing up to 200 bar
• Used for pneumatic leak detection and vacuum checks
• Can be used with handheld test pumps for on-site verification
• Used with data-logging software for remote measurement capture

What media compatibility should I consider for field use?

Use any clean, dry, non-corrosive gas for very low ranges

for ranges up to 1000 psi use liquids or gases compatible with 316 stainless steel

above 1000 psi choose non-flammable, non-toxic, non-explosive, non-oxidising fluids compatible with 316 stainless steel.

How is data logging achieved with this device?

Logged measurements can be stored internally and transferred to a PC using dedicated logging software and a communication cable to configure, download and export recorded events.

What are the operating temperature limits for rated accuracy?

The unit is temperature compensated between 0 °C and 50 °C

outside that window, down to −10 °C or up to 55 °C, add a specified accuracy correction per °C.

What accessories are provided to aid installation and verification?

Supplied items include a manual on CD-ROM in multiple languages, a traceable calibration certificate and a 1/4˝ NPT to 1/4˝ ISO adapter.

Note

The 700G gauges can be combined with the 7588920 (700PTPK) or 7588926 (700HTPK) pump kits, available separately, for a complete pressure testing solution for up to 600psi with the PTP-1 pneumatic pump and up to 10,000psi with the HTP-2 hydraulic pump. Up to 8493 pressure measurements can be logged to memory using 7588923 700G/TRACK logging software (available separately).
