The EPIGAP OSA Photonics High power infrared LED with epoxy lens features a 6046 footprint and measures 6.0 mm length 4.6 mm width and 4.3 mm height. It uses a ceramic circuit substrate and is ROHS and REACH compliant. The device is lead free solderable and sorted into intensity classes.
