The Microchip High speed single MOSFET driver is capable of sinking and sourcing 6A for driving capacitive loads. With delay times of less than 15 ns and rise times into a 1000 pF load of 10 ns, this MOSFET driver is ideal for driving large gate charge MOSFETs in power supply applications. The non-inverting driver, inverting driver for P-Channel MOSFETs, and inverting driver for N-Channel MOSFETs offer versatile options for various applications.
