Pfannenberg PF32.000 EMC filter fan is part of the fourth-generation range. These filter fans come with improved contact springs on the screen grid for a secure contact. These fans offer IP54 protection and filtering which is ideal for control cabinets. PF32.000 EMC filter fans also benefit from electromagnetic shielding and come in a RAL 7035 colour. These filter fans are suitable for a size 3 cut out of the 3rd and 4th generation of Pfannenberg product. They include an integrated filter mat to capture most of the dirt and filter the air while still maintaining high airflow.

The filter fan has a new-to-the-market pleated fabric filter and louvre design that gives a high airflow at IP55. Its unique, patented water and dust pre-separation in the lamellas ensures that the majority of water and dust never reach the filter mat, extending its lifetime and therefore reducing the maintenance requirements. The "Click and Fit" design eliminates the need for fixings, providing hardware-free installation and filter mat changing, giving a unique user-friendly product. The new filterfan generation comprises IP54 variants, which filter to the improved G3 specification, and IP55 versions capable of G4 level filtration, with EMC versions of both. It features a new, patented 4-corner locking / fastening system; the terminal is of a cage clamp design and its position is changeable through 90° step turns to accommodate differing wiring directions. The units in the range are completely reversible to either introduce or extract air from the enclosure. Provision is made for mounting a thermostat on the rear face of all exhaust filters to reduce energy consumption. IP55 variants are also UV stable and suitable for use in outdoor applications without any extra protection. The cutouts are compatible with the previous generation and with those used by major competitors.

Extremely high air flow (highest in the market)

For IP54 and IP55 fans the cut out tolerance is 0 to 1mm where panel thickness is less than 2mm and +1 to +2mm where panel thickness is greater than 2mm and less than 3mm. For EMC-shielded fans the tolerance is +/- 0.5mm where panel thickness is less than 3mm.
Pfannenberg's latest 4th Generation high air flow snap filter fans and filters are designed to fit the same apertures as Pfannenberg's 3rd Generation fans and filters.
