The STMicroelectronics EEPROM is a 2-Kbit I2C-compatible EEPROM organized as 256 x 8 bits. It can be accessed either with a supply voltage from 1.7 V to 5.5 V over the full temperature range.
Compatible with 100 kHz, 400 kHz I2C bus modes
Memory array - 2 Kbit 256 bytes of EEPROM
Single supply voltage of 1.7 V to 5.5 V at full temperature range and 1.6 V to 1.7 V at limited temperature range
Byte Write within 5 ms
Operating temperature range from -40 °C up to +85 °C
Enhanced ESD/Latch-Up protection
