Fujisoku Micro Miniature Push Button Switches – AP & APE Series
The Fuijsoku micro miniature AP and APE series of Push Button switches feature gold plated contacts which allow the Push Button switches to be used in many applications that require a low switching current down to 1μA 20mVac/dc. These micro miniature switches are available with SPST, SPDT, DPST and DPDT contact configurations, momentary "off-(on)" or "on-(on)" switching, straight or right angle PCB mounting and 2.54mm, 5.08mm and 7.62mm pin pitches.
The APE series have an immersion washable construction, a twin-contact clip mechanism which offers higher contact reliability and are UL approved.
Accessories for both of the PCB mounting AP and the APE series include actuator caps (stock numbers 223-070, 223-086 and 223-092) which are available in a choice of White, Red or Black and mounting brackets (stock numbers 222-667, 222-689 and 222-673) which are suitable for use with straight PCB terminal versions of the AP and APE Push Button switches (full details are shown in the tables below). It is advisable to use a bracket when the switch actuator operating force exceeds 12.7N, the maximum operating force is 29.4N when a bracket is used.
