Daughterboard with PROFET™ Load Guard 12V BTG7050-2EPL for evaluation with respective motherboard
This daughterboard comes with 1 smart high-side power switch of BTG7050-2EPL and is compatible with the PROFET™ ONE4ALL Motherboard. It provides a quick pick and place solution for lab evaluations. The motherboard in combination with the daughterboard is capable of driving typical automotive loads.
Summary of Features
•Capacitive load switching mode (CLS mode) to charge big capacitive loads in safe operation area
•Automotive qualified in accordance with AEC Q100 Grade1 and ISO 26262-ready documentation available for registered Infineon partners
•Diagnostic: Proportional load current sense, open load in ON and OFF state and short circuit to ground and battery
•Protection: Adjustable overcurrent limitation via external resistor and absolute and dynamic temperature protection with restart control
•Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (Inverse ON)
•Automotive qualified in accordance with AEC Q100 Grade1 and ISO 26262-ready documentation available for registered Infineon partners
