Keysight InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series Oscilloscopes
Keysight InfiniiVision 3000T X-Series DSO and MSO offer an 8.5 inch capacitive touch screen and zone touch triggering. This is the first time an interface has been designed for touch in this class of oscilloscope. It simplifies navigation, facilitates documentation and increases productivity. Users can discover and solve challenges quickly with the combination of uncompromised 1,000,000 wfms/s update rate, wide range of serial decode options, 6-in-1 instrument integration and time/frequency domain correlation.
Our 3000T X-Series scopes include 100MHz, 200MHz, 350MHz and 500MHz models. The standard configuration for all models includes 4 Mpts of memory, advanced math and 500MHz passive probes (1 per channel).
Other passive probe options, available separately, are: N2870A ( 702-3895 ); N2871A ( 702-3899 ); N2875A ( 702-3915 ).
The AutoProbe interface on the scope's front panel also supports active, differential and current probes which are available separately: single-ended active probe N2795A ( 733-6139 ); high voltage differential active probes N2790A ( 733-6141 ) and N2791A ( 733-6145 ); current probe N2893A ( 733-6154 ).
