The Tektronix 2 Series MSO includes an optional 50 MHz arbitrary function generator perfect for simulating sensor signals within a design or adding noise to signals to perform margin testing. The AFG output is multiplexed with the Aux out signal. Alternatively Tektronix ArbExpress PC-based waveform creation and editing software can be used to create complex waveforms quickly and easily.
