Looking for a user-friendly terminal block? This feed-through connector from Phoenix Contact features universal terminals that accept a wide range of wire sizes. You can easily snap it onto a DIN rail in a control cabinet to stop short circuits and excess current from surging across connecting wires.
The unit's general-purpose screw terminals can be trusted to securely hold your wiring in place. They include a spring-loaded mechanism to provide a durable join that stands up well to vibration without conductors working loose. There's virtually no need for maintenance, thanks to the connectors' integrated screw-locking system that prevents cables from accidentally disengaging. This terminal block is made from polyamide for excellent electrical insulation and resistance to abrasion.
Choose a hard-wearing terminal block like this for harsh industrial environments. It's approved to use in hazardous areas where explosive atmospheres may be present.
• Accepts wires ranging in size from 18 to 0 AWG (American Wire Gauge)
• Conforms to the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) directive, meaning it contains no more than minimal levels of hazardous substances
• Meets the ANSI/ESD S20.20:2014 and BS EN 61340-5-1:2007 electrostatic control standards, so it won't damage equipment via electrostatic discharge
Universal Terminals
Universal terminals moulded in polyamide to fit both 'G' and 'Top Hat' rail.
Screw conductor securing with closed screwdriver shafts. Available conductor acceptance sizes, 2.5mm² to 35mm². The range comprises of grey (phase), blue (neutral), and yellow/green (earth) terminals. A 10-way insertion (jumper) bridge is also available, as is a 35mm rail end bracket.
