Panasonic Thermistor, 3kΩ Resistance, NTC Type, 0402 (1005M), 1 x 0.5 x 0.5mm

ERTJ multilayer NTC thermistors from Panasonic are constructed from semiconductive ceramics and electrodes. These NTC thermistors have a wide temperature operating range between -40°C and +125°C and are highly reliable.
