Panasonic Thermistor, NTC Type, 0201 (0603M), 0.6 x 0.3 x 0.3mm

ERTJ multilayer NTC thermistors from Panasonic are constructed from semiconductive ceramics and electrodes. These NTC thermistors have a wide temperature operating range between -40°C and +125°C and are highly reliable.
