Telephone lines are one of the most common pathways for power surges. This surge suppressor unit can be wall-mounted near them to block or divert excess voltage to the ground. In doing so, it prevents things like lightning strikes and short circuits from damaging TVs, computers, and microwaves, keeping your appliances safe.
