XCSL Solenoid Interlock Switch
Introducing the new XCS-L Solenoid Locking Safety Interlock Switches, this replaces the XCK-J series. The XCS-L switches perform the same functions as the XCK-J switch. However, many features that were optional are now standard on the XCS-L range.
The XCS-L Safety Interlock Switches provide enhanced operator safety for heavy duty application.
The switches have been designed in compliance with the standards currently in effect: IEC/EN 60947, EN 292, EN 60204, EN 1088 to ensure the safety of machine operators and operating reliability.

User rotatable head
Up to 6 contacts (up to 3 safety contacts + up to 3 electromagnet contacts) all positive opening
Better resistance to forcible opening of actuating key 314.7 lbs (1400N) for plastic range and 674.4 lbs (3000N) for metallic range
Cage clamps for quick and easy wiring
Available conduit entries: ½" - 14 NPT or M20 x 1.5mm
3 conduit openings
Mini Connectors available
Available solenoid voltages 24 VAC/dc, 120 VAC or 230 VAC
Rear emergency release - allows opening of door or interlock to escape from inside of machinery or work cells
Uses same actuating keys as other XCS metal body safety interlocks
All wiring enters switch through one conduit opening
