The Infineon's BTS70802EPZ is a High-side switch portfolio with extended junction temperature up to 175°C that comes with PROFET2 12V Grade0 Evaluation board. The purpose of this board is to provide a quick and easy solution for customers’ lab evaluations. The PROFET2 12V Grade0 Evaluation board is capable to drive resistive, capacitive and/or inductive loads.
