Kit power board for low voltage drives scalable power demoboard using IPTG014N10NM5
This kit power board module with 100 V OptiMOS™ MOSFET in TOLG package represents the power building block of the LVD scalable power demo board platform. The power board represents the basic building block. It serves as a single half-bridge with power and gate drive interconnections, enabling easy buildup of any half-bridge based power topology.
This power board is equipped with the OptiMOS™ power MOSFET IPTG014N10NM5 which comes in the improved TO-Leaded package with gullwing leads. With a compatible footprint to TO-Leadless, TOLG allows excellent electrical performance compared to D2PAK 7-pin with ∼60 percent board space reduction.
Variations of the power board employing Infineons power MOSFET family OptiMOS™ in the D2PAK, D2PAK-7 and the TO-Leadless packages demonstrate power MOSFET performance in terms of parallelization and thermal behavior.
