The Infineon's evaluation board is in half-bridge configuration with two-level slew-rate control enabled gate driver ICs 1ED3251MC12H and active miller clamp. This board enables the evaluation of the slew-rate control switching scheme. The switch type can be freely chosen. TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT IKQ75N120CT2 is recommended.
