RS PRO Isolated DC-AC Converter Chassis Mount, Voltage out 230 V AC
This DC-AC inverter from RS PRO is designed to deliver instantaneous power peaks with high efficiency. It has 10 threaded holes for chassis-mounting in different positions, making it a versatile option that's suited for use in a wide range of environments.
Safety is a major consideration of the design of this isolated DC-AC converter – it features current, overload, polarity and power protection. There's also an input and output alarm and remote inhibit functionality.
This inverter is especially well-suited to railway applications and is manufactured to meet with standards EN 45545-2, EN 50121-3-2 and EN 50155, relating to the safety of electrical equipment used on railway rolling stock. It also complies with EN 60950 (safety of information technology equipment) and EN 61000-6-2 (electromagnetic immunity). The inverter is a DNV GL (Det Norske Veritas Germanischer Lloyd) maritime type-approved product, making it ideal for use in maritime situations.
