TT-SI-9002 Testec Active Differential Probe
The Testec is an active differential oscilloscope probe that enables a conventional oscilloscope to display and measure in-circuit waveforms that are referenced to high common-mode voltages. It is capable of safely measuring differential voltages up to ±1000VAC and 1400VAC/DC. It supports bandwidths up to 25MHz.
This oscilloscope probe can measure signals below 70V by selecting the attenuation ration to 1:20 to obtain higher resolution and less noise ratio. When measuring signals up to 1400V dc change the attenuation ratio to 1:200.
