Ultra-Stable, Low Loss, Class I capacitor series with Tin (Sn) Termination

KEMET C0805C104K5RACTU MLCC

The KEMET C0805C104K5RACTU is a 50V ceramic capacitor in an industry standard 0805 surface mounted package. It has a capacitance of 0.1μF and a tolerance of ±10%. The C0805C104K5RACTU features tin-plated terminals which ensure a reliable connection. This MLCC is made from X7R dielectric material which operates at temperatures from -55°C to +125°C with a capacitance change of ±15%.
The C0805C104K5RACTU is suitable for applications such as decoupling, bypassing, filtering and transient voltage suppression (TVS).

For these non-cancellable (NC), and non-returnable (NR) products, Terms and Conditions apply.

0805 Range

Nickel barrier terminations covered with a layer of plated Tin (NiSn). Applications include mobile phones, video and tuner designs, COG/NPO is the most popular formulation of the "temperature compensating", EIA Class I ceramic materials, X7R, X5R formulations are called "temperature stable" ceramics and fall into the EIA Class II materials, Y5V, Z5U formulations are for general purpose use in a limited temperature range, EIA Class II materials; these characteristics are ideal for decoupling applications.
