RS PRO Turbo Square Mixers
Introducing the high-quality static mixing nozzle from RS PRO for use with structural adhesive cartridge systems in adhesive dispensing guns (also known as caulking guns). This static mixing nozzle is designed with a square geometry consists of a series of alternating left- and right-hand elements with intermittent flow inverters which ensures full mixing and a smooth even sealant application. The flow inverters effectively channel the fluids from the walls into the centre of the mixer giving a consistent high-quality mix and reducing adhesive waste. The end of the nozzle can be cut back to increase the bead size of the epoxy applied and the nozzle is constructed from a high-grade, industrial-safe and silicone free polypropylene.

No, every nozzle is designed in an optimal way to ensure correct components mixing. The length of a nozzle always depends on the size of the cartridge. Simply, for the bigger cartridge, a longer nozzle is required. Please, always read epoxy manufacturers recommendations before selecting the correct size of the nozzle to make sure your fluids or liquids are optimally combined.
Can this static mixer nozzle be used more than once?
Yes, nozzles can be washed and re-used as many times as it's needed. However, it is recommended to use carefully cleaned mixer nozzles to make sure liquids or fluids are properly mixed together.
