Flash click mikroBUS™

The Flash Click is an accessory board for adding flash memory. It features EN25F80 with 8 Mbit serial Flash memory module and advanced hardware write-protection mechanisms. It supports high-performance commands for clock frequency up to 75 MHz. The memory is divided into 16 sectors, with each containing 256 pages. Each page is 256 bytes wide. The module is compact with a mikroBUS pinout standard.
