EPIC H-BE Heavy Duty Power Connector Hood, 24 Contacts, M25 Thread, Side Entry

It works in partnership with a contact insert (such as 396-1510) to create a complete power connector unit. This hood has a side entry design, so you'll only need to insert the cable gland housing your wire into the through-hole at its side. Thanks to the threaded design of this hole, you won't need to reach for any special tools.

HBE connectors are type tested to 16A, 440Vac, and are available complete in kit form and as individual parts.

High construction versions allow the use of bulky multicore cable and are ideally suited for use with the high density H-DD inserts

These hoods and housings will accept either plug or socket inserts from the H-BE 440Vac 16A screw termination inserts, or the H-DD 250Vac 10A high density crimp termination inserts.
The cable glands seal to IP65. Panel mount bases include a rubber gasket for sealing.
All this allows for a wide variety of commercial and industrial applications.
