Microchip MIC5015YM, MOSFET 1, 150 A, 30V 8-Pin, SOIC

The Microchip Technology MOSFET driver is designed for gate control of N-channel, enhancement-mode power MOSFETs. It is used as a high-side or low-side switch. The MOSFET driver can sustain an on-state output indefinitely. Its supply voltage ranges between 2.75V and 30V. It has typical off-sate current of 15μA and maximum supply current of 100μA for 5V supply.
