The Trenz electronic carrier board is an industry-grade FPGA module integrating a Xilinx Kintex-7 325T FPGA, 8 MGTs (Multi-Gigabit Transceivers) and 32Mb flash memory for configuration and operation. It has powerful switch-mode power supplies for all on-board voltages. The rugged high-speed stacking strips provide a large number of configurable I/Os. All this on a tiny footprint, smaller than a credit card. It has an electric rating of either 3.3 V or 3.3V and 5V. It is used for industrial applications.
