RS PRO 1/2 in Air Ratchet, 160 rpm, 95 Nm
The RS PRO 1/2-inch air ratchet makes tightening or loosening nuts and bolts on engines and trucks fast and easy. The ratcheting socket air wrench features a soft grip handle, a compact robust operating lever and adjustable exhaust.
It offers a fast run-down speed and easy speed control – simply squeeze the lever on the progressive throttle. The air ratchet is also lightweight at only 1.26 kg and measures 293 mm long, so it can get into tight spaces. It has a maximum torque of 95 Nm with reduced vibration of only 1.13 m/s². Changing the ratcheting direction is intuitive via a knurled forward/reverse knob on the head, and different sockets easily snap into place on the ball-type retainer.
The tool is powered by compressed air at a pressure of 90 psi/6.2 bar, that enters through a standard 1/4-inch BSP threaded inlet using a hose with a minimum bore of 3/8 inch. You'll find it commonly used in the transport and distribution sectors.
