Delivery Options

- Online Orders: Delivery is free on all orders over 200 MYR. For orders under 200 MYR, there is a charge of 20 MYR.

- Offline Orders (telephone, email or fax): Delivery is free on all orders over 300 MYR. For orders under 200 MYR, there is a charge of 20 MYR.

- For all other customers (private or non RS business account holders) whether placed online or offline:
Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over MYR700. For orders under MYR700, there is a charge of MYR70.

Delivery Lead Times

*In the absence of abnormal circumstances and subject to flight schedule (East Malaysia)
*Additional working day(s) will be required for remote areas delivery
*Delivery of some products may require special handling (because of their nature) and may take longer to deliver
*Delivery times are from Monday to Friday

i. Times and dates for delivery quoted are approximate only, and dependent on time required for customs clearance and carrier performance. Delivery of Products that require special handling (because of their nature) may take longer to deliver. RS Components shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery. Please refer to the RS Conditions of Sale on the RS website for more information of the delivery terms and conditions.
