Since the invention of the Mini-Change connector in 1986, Brad products have been the standard for harsh duty connectivity. "Brad" is correspondent to the industry-standard M12 connector.
Brad connectivity products provide one convenient source for specifying numerous passive interconnect and industrial communications requirements for industrial applications. Ideal for a range of industrial automation applications such as - automated assembly equipment, conveyor systems, material handling, and pick-and-place robotics.
Micro-Change connectors are designed to withstand harsh-industrial and weather environments with superior quality that assures very reliable connections for control elements in automated equipment. These high-quality connectors allow fast and simple replacement of sensors, encoders, switches and other input and output devices in industrial machinery.
With Mini-Change connectors, industrial device wiring is easier to install and maintain. To ensure a consistent, low-resistance connection, the patented Quad Beam™ female contact is used. Connectors are sealed to provide IP67 protection. An anti-vibration feature prevents the coupler from loosening, even under extreme conditions.
Rugged, IP67-rated Brad Safety MPIS Distribution Boxes with M12 connections are dedicated to the management of safety devices installed around the machine, and simplify safety wiring in factory automation environments.
Nano-Change connectors are design to withstand harsh-industrial and weather environments. These connectors are used to interconnect miniature sensors and actuators found in industrial control applications. The small, compact M8 design also makes these connectors well suited for applications requiring a sealed connector in very tight spaces.
For decades, Brad has been synonymous with industrial connectors. The name Brad has itself become a shorthand for a dependable connector that will work in the toughest conditions. Brad has since become part of the Molex family of connector products, but it remains a name that engineers can rely on. Even with the rapid changes brought about by the latest innovations in the smart factory, Brad has remained at the forefront of connector development.
Brad® Nano-Change® (M8) and Micro-Change® (M12) cordsets, with Weld-slag, Oil Resistant (WSOR) cable, provide a rugged solution for connections in harsh industrial environments, minimize machine downtime, reduce inventory and feature knurled hexnuts which ensure proper sealing to a defined torque.
Delivering exponentially more power than standard M12 connectors, the IP67-rated Brad M12 Power Connector System provides multiple codings for electrical requirements and ease-of-use in factory automation applications.
FCT D-Sub Connectors are time-tested for ruggedness and reliability. Customers often need connectors that have a high current rating that fit in the same space as lower-current connectors. FCT D-Sub Connectors' machined contacts have increased current-carrying capacity over stamped contacts and are stronger mechanically, making them ideal for a range of applications.

FCT D-Sub Backshells increase the stability of D-sub connections. The Backshell holds cables tightly to their connector to protect them against damage and includes a strain relief to prevent cracking and tearing.
FCT D-Sub Connector accessories support of the performance of the connector by preventing mechanical stress. They provide EMI/RFI shielding and protection from the elements.
The Molex brad mPm range of DIN connectors is used extensively to provide electrical connection in a wide range of applications. The most common application for mPm DIN connectors is in conjunction with pneumatic, hydraulic or electromagnetic devices, including solenoid valves. Other applications include, for example, pressure transducers, proximity switches, level sensors, limit switches and low energy motors.
Form A are the largest of the three types of DIN valve connectors. They have a 1-inch by 1-inch square head shape and three inward-facing, U-shaped pins, spaced 18 mm apart. These connectors are commonly used with with solenoid valves, especially in hydraulics and pneumatics applications, to ensure a water-resisitant power supply.
Form B valve connectors are good in tight spaces, such as in manifold banks. With their rectangular connector head shape, they can be mounted side by side to maximize space usage. As with Form A valve connectors, Form B valve connectors are found on solenoid valves in hydraulics and pneumatics applications, as well as in marine applications.
Form C valve connectors are the smallest of the three types of valve connectors. They feature a square-shaped connector head like Form A valve connectors. Because of its size, they’re also sometimes called “sub-micro valve connectors.”
