RS PRO Type K Thermocouple Wire, 5m, Glass Fibre Insulation, +350°C Max, 7/0.2mm

Introducing the range of RS PRO Glassfibre Insulated Thermocouple Cables, ideal for use as general-purpose extension wire in high-temperature environments. The cable has conductors laid flat, are glassfibre insulated with glassfibre overall and silicone varnished throughout which offers protection and insulation of the wires, and high reliability, especially when being used for a long period of time in challenging environments. This type of cable has a stainless steel overbraid for added mechanical strength and durability. The cables have a tolerance class of 2 making this type of cable have a good temperature resistance but not suitable where fluids are present. The thermocouple cables can be used in a wide range of temperatures from –60°C to 350°C (with short periods up too 400).
