RS PRO Silicone Thermal Interface Pad, 2.0W/mK

RS PRO high performance silicone thermal pad with heat conductivity of 2.0 W/mk which are ideal for various applications including battery packs, power supplies, power cable connectors, automotive ECU (electronic control units), microprocessors, displays and consumer electronics.
Thermal gap pads provide a thermal interface between heatsinks (devices or substances for absorbing unwanted or excess heat) and electronic devices. They’re particularly useful where air gaps, rough surface textures or uneven surface topography prevent the use of traditional grease or paste.

Typical Applications:

How do thermal pads work?
By keeping the internal components of electronic products from wear and tear resulting from high circuit board temperatures, thermal pads help to provide extended longevity. Thermal pads are soft and comfortable, which helps to provide vibration and shock damping to minimise potential damage to components.
