MCP39F521 Power Monitor Demonstration Board

The MCP39F521 Power Monitoring Demonstration Board is a fully functional single phase power and energy monitoring system that demonstrates the capabilities of the MCP39F521 Power Monitoring IC.

The board is managed via USB by a host PC running the simple-to-use MCP39F511 Power Monitor Utility Software. Users can easily experiment with all system configuration settings including PWM output frequencies, zero crossing detection options and event configurations.

Custom calibration setups can be created, with most accuracy requirements needing a single-point calibration only. Also offered is an automated calibration process that can be used for quick calibration of the energy meters and allow users to explore different calibration procedures.

Event notifications including Overcurrent, Over Power, Voltage Sag and Voltage Surge
Device configuration through PC software, including Event Notifications, Calibration, EEPROM read/writes, PWM Control and Energy Accumulation Start/Reset
Direct connect to 90V-240VAC operation
15A maximum recommended load
