RS Pro C13 to BS1363 High Stress 10A

Brought to you under the trusted RS Pro, this UK power cable cord is intended for areas where high stresses are present. The white BS1363/A mains plug is moulded onto high visibility cable, and the IEC C13 socket is manufactured in glass filled polypropylene and is fitted with an additional strain relief.

This mains lead is ideal for appliance power applications in more challenging conditions that typical domestic environments. All models are highly reliable and excellent quality.

What is a Power Cable assembly?
Power cable assemblies are electrical cables that are pre-terminated with a plug or socket connector. Power cable assemblies can be terminated with connectors on both ends of the cable, or just one. Depending on the application, there are various types to suit a wide range of requirements.

What is an IEC C13 Connector?
This power cord is terminated with a fully moulded IEC plug which is used to connect the power cord to an appliance which has an IEC C14 inlet. C13 and C14 connectors have 3 pins, a rated current of 10 A and a maximum temperature rating of 70°C, and are sometimes referred to as IEC ’cold connectors’. IEC connectors conform to a set of specifications called IEC-60320 laid down by the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) to ensure they meet common global design standards

IEC to BS1363 Plugs
