QSE113/QSE114 Series IR Phototransistor

The QSE113/QSE114 series, from Fairchild Semiconductor, is a range of silicon IR phototransistors. They are in a side-looking (SL) through-hole package. Their black plastic packages have a wide angle and are IR transparent.
