Tektronix Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes MDO3000 Series

MDO3000 oscilloscopes are designed to meet users' needs and aspirations now and into the future. Each model is multi-functional with integrated basic spectrum analyzer, Wave Inspector Navigation, MSO, serial and parallel bus triggering and analysis, and digital voltmeter. Optional instrument upgrade and application modules can be bought at the time of the initial scope purchase or at any time afterwards. MDO3000 instrument upgrade modules available are: MDO3AFG ( 797-3356 ) arbitrary function generator with 13 predefined waveforms and arbitrary waveform generation; MDO3MSO ( 797-3352 ) 16 channels, includes P6316 ( 661-3295 ) digital probe and accessories; MDO3SA ( 797-3359 ) increases spectrum analyzer input frequency range to 9kHz - 3GHz and captures bandwidth to 3GHz; MDO3SEC ( 797-3365 ) enhances instrument security.
