Multilayer semi-conducting ceramic construction providing bi-directional voltage clamping. Suppression of inductive switching or other fast electrical transient events makes these devices useful in helping to achieve electromagnetic compliance of end products

Suitable for on-board transient voltage protection of ICs and transistors
Can replace larger surface mount TVS zeners in many applications
