Littelfuse Metal Oxide Varistors - CH Series

The CH series of metal oxide varistors from Littelfuse are a surface mount solution. These transient surge suppressors are manufactured as a leadless chip. Due to the significantly lower profile in comparison to traditional radial-lead type, the size and weight of your design can be reduced while increasing reliability.

Unlike traditional metal oxide varistors, the CH series is surface mount and leadless
No derating up to an ambient temperature of +125°C
High surge rated up to 400A for low voltage devices
5 x 8 mm chip size
Voltages available from 14 V to 274 V and energy ratings up to 8 J
