Cree XLamp XHP50 Series LEDs

The XLamp XHP50 series from Cree Inc are extreme high power white LEDs. Utilising their SC5 Technology™ platform which doubles the light output to enable a reduction in system costs.
The XLamp XHP50 LEDs offer a high lumen density from a compact package of just 5 x 5 mm with a domed lens. When ran at 3000 mA (max drive current) the XLamp XHP50 LED produces twice the amount of light output to Cree's XM-L2 LEDs, keeping similar lumens per watt.
