LED driver, Complementing the effciency of LED lamps, Comprising a resistor-equipped PNP transistor with two diodes on one chip, our LED drivers come in small SOT23 and SOT457 plastic packages. High current accuracy and stabilized output currents of 10 – 50 mA. These space saving solutions are ideal for constant current source and automotive applications.
