Balance out the feed to your circuit with this DC-DC converter from Traco Power. It adjusts a broad input voltage range between 9 and 36V DC to a stable level of 12V DC. The unit's also on hand to deliver an isolating barrier of up to 1.5kV DC between the input and output sides, preventing hazardous cross-talk. Thanks to an efficiency rating of 83%, you can rest assured that it keeps waste heat to a minimum during the conversion process and runs cool.
