Vishay VSLB3940 Series IR Emitting Diodes

Vishay Semiconductors' VSLB3940 is an Infrared (IR) emitting diode. These high speed IR LEDs are in a standard T-1 (3mm) clear epoxy package. Suitable applications for the VSLB3940 IR LEDs include; IR remote control units, free air transmission systems and IR sources for optical counters and card readers.
